Weights & Cardio

This is an interval training workout combining weights & cardio...the best of both worlds! 

We'll hit a weighted exercise for 60 seconds followed by a cardio exercise for 60 seconds. In total there are seven rounds of work. You'll need a variety of weights, a towel and mat, and a water bottle. Take options and modifications when you need. And the most important part is to move and have fun.
