20/20/20 Workout!! This is a fast-moving, high-intensity workout. It moves quickly and is over before you know it. There are four rounds/circuits of work. Each round is repeated 4x. One move is performed for 20 seconds, followed by another move for 20, and then a 20 second recovery. Broken down, it's 40 seconds of work followed by 20 seconds rest.
