Upper Body

This upper body workout is designed to shape and tone the muscles of the chest, shoulders, arms, and back. There are four blocks of work, each block is repeated before moving on to the next block. Within each block a there are two to three exercises. You'll need a variety of hand weights, but as always they are optional. Using the weights helps intensify the workout and create faster fatigue in the working muscles. This workout is low-impact and targets specifics for many of the exercises. Have fun! And as always strive for YOUR best.

Short on time? No worries. This15-minutes Upper Body workout will get you moving and sweating in no time. The focus is on isolating the muscles of the upper body, so biceps, triceps, deltoids, lats, and pecs. You choose the weights that challenge you. Because no body knows you like you.
